We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager for our sales team in Norway!

Intra is a design company specializing in steel; we develop products for the kitchen and the public sanitary room. We have a long tradition of product development and design. As Sales Manager you will….
Lead and coach the local sales team and be the first contact to the Intra Sales and Marketing director. You will represent the company as required both internally and externally, and ensure all corporate policies are implemented and followed, compliance rules are covered within the group in close cooperation with the management. Furthermore, you will create and implement a long-term strategic plan, develop the brand, and develop and implement an B2B sales growth strategy in Norway. You will have overall P/L, direct and indirect customer, and own customer responsibility.
Because we are an international company, occasionally work travels are part of this position.
Requirements and qualifications
• Minimum of 5-10 years’ sales managerial or key account experience with a proven track record
• Experience with working in an international environment
• Strong IT (MS office) skills on user level
• Fluent in English
• Well known knowledge of the sanitary wholesalers and plumber chains
